摘 要:汽油调合生产存在着用两个调合头生产不同牌号产品的情况。若两调合头使用公用组分并同时进行生产,可能发生争抢公用组分,影响两调合任务完成。为解决这一问题,文章针对两调合任务控制模式组合情况多样的现实,提出了独立于单调合头控制算法的在线协调控制算法。案例仿真结果证明该协调控制算法能够解决两调合头同为配方优化、同为质量反馈控制或分别为质量反馈控制与配方优化时的公用组分争抢问题。协调算法能合理分配公用组分在两调合头中的使用,保证调合任务的顺利完成。In the gasoline blending operations, it is common to use the double blending headers to product two kinds specification of gasoline. If the double headers have the partial same gasoline components, it possibly causes competition for common blend components in blending heads and results in failing to fulfill the blending task. To avoid this, for the double blending headers with the various control method, the algorithm of the on-line coordination control is designed in the paper, which is independent from two control algorithms used in the double blending headers. The case study demonstrates that the coordination control algorithm can overcome the contention for the common gasoline components between the double headers who no matter simultaneously or respectively use the recipe optimization control and property feedback control. The coordination control algorithm can reasonably allocate the common components between the double headers and guarantee the blending task to finish smoothly.
