摘 要:基于柳海矿巷道围岩松软、抗压强度低、遇水膨胀崩解、泥化松软、受压产生流变等典型软岩特征,在采用X射线衍射试验对煤1顶板泥岩成分的分析和现场调研的基础上,指出软岩的岩性、应力场变化、水以及时间因素是该矿软岩巷道失稳的主要原因,并据此提出合理选择巷道断面形式、提高围岩自稳能力、围岩注浆加固、非均称控制的巷道支护原则和支护技术关键,以及预留变形空间、高强高阻预应力变形控制与化学浆液封闭加固的综合控制技术。现场实测分析表明,该技术能够成功控制该矿1105工作面运输巷的稳定。Base on the surrounding rock soft, low compressive strength, swelling and failure with water, mudding soft, pressurized occurred rbeology and other typical soft rock features of the mine roadway in Liuhai Mine, with the X ray diffraction test to the analysis of the roof mudstone content for the roof of the No. 1 seam and the site investigation, the paper provided that the lithology, stress field aviation, water and time factors of the soft rock would be the main factors of the instability for the soft rock roadway of the mine. Based on the circumstances, the paper provided the rational selected cross section type of the roadway, the improvement of the self stability for the surrounding rocks, the grouting reinforcement of the surrounding rocks, non-harmonious controlled roadway support principle and support technical keys, as well as the reserved deformation space, high strength and high resistance pre-stressed and deformation control, chemical grout sealing and reinforced comprehensive control technology. The site measurement analysis showed that the technology could be successfully to control the stability of the transportation gateway of the No. 1105 coal mining face.
