摘  要:为了检测反井钻机扩孔钻进工况,采用仪器接收钻具发生故障或工况出现异常时的信号,通过频谱图分析这些信号,从而判断出故障和异常工况的具体情况。工程实践证明,包络线结合频域振动分析可以有效诊断反井钻机扩孔钻进工况。In order to detect and measure the reaming performances of the raise boring machine, the instruments were applied to pick up the signals when a fault occurred in the drilling tools or irregular performances occurred. With the frequency spectrum chart to analyze those signals, certain conditions of the fault and irregular performances could be identified. The project practices showed that the envelope curve combined with the frequency vibration analysis could be effectively to diagnose the reaming performances of the raise boring machine.
