摘 要:介绍了拉铲倒堆开采工艺优化系统功能和优化方法。以黑岱沟露天煤矿为应用实例,利用该系统对设计院提出的推荐方案(即剥离台阶宽度为60 m,台阶高度45 m)进行优化研究,并与设计院设计结果进行对比分析,优化研究结果表明,总费用比设计院减少377万元,拉铲斗容减小2.3 m3,臂长缩短7.3 m,该系统可靠实用,可作为拉铲倒堆开采工艺系统优化的决策支持工具。The paper introduced the function and optimization system of draglines stripping technology. Taking Heidaigou Surface Mine as an example, an optimized research was conducted on the proposed alternative ( the width of the overburden bench was 60 m and the height of the bench was 45 m) by a design institute. A comparison analysis was made with the design results of the design institute. The optimized research results showed that the total cost could be RMB 3.77 millions less than the design institute, the bucket volume of the dragline could be reduced by 2. 3 m^3 and the boom length of the dragline could be shorter than 7. 3 m. The system was reliable and practical and could be the decision support tools for optimization system of draglines stripping technology.
