摘 要:为高效处理并循环利用矿井污水,对舒兰矿区三号煤矿部分废弃巷道进行了改造,利用高效纤维过滤技术,采用预沉淀、絮凝-沉淀澄清与高效过滤工艺,在井下建立了废水处理试验工程。该系统由絮凝池与沉淀澄清池、高效纤维滤池、清水池等组成。试验结果表明,处理后的污水完全达到了生产用水标准,进一步深度处理后可以满足生活饮用要求。该工程的运行减少了大量污水提升费用,也减轻了污染物的地表排放强度,实现了节能减排、提高经济效益和水资源合理利用的目标。In order to high efficiently treat and circularly utilize the polluted mine water, some abandoned mine roadways in No. 3 Mine of Shulan Mining Area were reconstructed to establish a mine waste water treatment trial project with a high efficient fiber filtration technology and the process of the pre-settling, flocculation, settling, clearing and high efficient filtration technique. The system was consisted with a flocculation pond, settling clearing pond, high efficient fiber filtration pond, cleaning water pond. The test results showed that the waste water after the treatment could be fully reached the water stander for production. Once after a deep water treatment, the water could meet the drinking requirements. The operation of the project could reduce great polluted water hoisting cost and thus less polluted material discharged on the surface. The target of the energy saving, less discharging, ecomonic benefits improved and water resources rational utilization could be reached.
