摘 要:采用WARD、SAXS、RAMAN、XPS等测试技术对T300和国产聚丙烯腈基炭纤维(PAN-CF)的组织结构及化学组成进行了表征,分析了材料的微观组织结构与宏观性能的关系。结果表明,和T300相比,国产炭纤维的乱层石墨层间距d002略小,微晶尺寸La,Lc略大,微孔尺寸较大,大孔洞所占百分比较多,微孔含量较低。国产炭纤维表面含氧官能团含量较低,为31.35%,表面活性小。The microstructure, chemical composition of 3300 and domestic PAN-based carbon fiber(GCF) was studied by means of WARD, SAXS, RAMAN and XPS. Comparing GCF to 3300, results show that the layer spacing doo2of GCF is lower than that of 3300,both La and Lc of GCF are higher than that of 3300. In addition, the size of the pores of GCF is bigger than that of 3300, the bigger pore percentage of unit volume of GCF is higher than that of 3300, and the micropore content of GCF is lower than that of T300. The content of surface oxygen-contained functional groups of GCF is 31.35% ,and the surface activity of GCF is lower than that of 3300.
