摘　　要：通过比较健康人与尿毒症患者肺放射性气溶胶锝标记的二乙三胺五醋酸（~99mTC－DT－PA）清除率，从而了解尿毒症患者肺通透性改变的规律及其与肺、肾功能的关系。方法：23例受试者，包括11例健康人和12例尿毒症患者，吸入~99mTc－DTPA气溶胶后连续采集双肺放射性计数30分钟，计算T1／2。结果：健康人与尿毒症患者T1／2分别为77．9±11．7分钟和57．5±17．2分钟（P＜0．005），肺底T1／2分别为73．5±10．0分钟和42．5±14．8分钟（P＜0．05）。结论：尿毒症患者存在肺上皮通透性异常增高，且以肺底为著。Objective:We compared the pulmonary clearance rae of^99m Tc-DTPA in both nonsmoker controls anduremic patients in order to find out the pulmonary permeability changes and its relation to pulmonary and renal functions. Methods: 23 patients inhaled aerosol which was generated from French Venticis Ⅱ nebulizer,then recordings weretaken for at least 30 minutes to calculate T1/2. Results: T1/2: normal controls vs uremic patients was 77.9±11. 7min vs57.5±17. 2min(P<0. 005 ), The lower zones was 73. 5±10.0min vs 42. 5±14.8min (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Uremic patients show faster clearance of^99m Tc-DTPA than healthy nonsmokers,the pulmonary permeability is in uremic patientsincreased which ispredominantly in the lower zones.
