摘　　要：城市可持续发展是人类全面实施可持续发展战略的一个重要方面,城市建筑是城市化进程中一个重要的组成部分。笔者分析了"短命"建筑、"低品位"建筑、非节能建筑对城市建设可持续发展的影响,提出实施可持续发展战略、解决城市建筑问题的对策。The sustainable development of cities is an important aspect of implementing the sustainable developmental strategy comprehensively for human being. The urban construction is an important constituent in the urbanization process. The effects of ephemeral construction, low-grade construction and aon-energy saving construction on the sustainable development of urban construction were analyzed. The cotmtermeasures for implementing the sustainable developmental strategy and solving the urban cousuuction problems were put forward.
