摘  要:目的探讨肝脏胆红素尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶(B-UGT)活性与胆色素结石形成的关系。方法检测胆色素结石病人及动物模型肝组织中B-UGT活性和胆汁中单结合胆红素(MCB)所占比例。结果胆色素结石病人及动物模型肝组织中B-UGT活性均显著低于相应对照组(P<0.05),而两胆石组胆囊胆汁中MCB所占比例均明显增多,胆色素结石病人组MCB所占比例为35%±5%,动物模型组MCB所占比例为72.3%±4.7%。结论肝脏B-UGT活性下降可能通过胆汁中MCB含量的增多而参与胆色素结石的形成。Objective To investigate the relationship between the hepatic bilirubin UDP-glucuronyltransferase (B-UGT) activity and the formation of pigment gallstones. Methods The hepatic B-UGT activity and the proportion of biliary monoconjugated bilirubin (MCB) in 6 patients with pigment gallstones and 16 golden Syrian hamsters with experimental gallstones were determined. Results The mean activities of hepatic B-UGT in the patients and animal models with pigment gallstones were lower than the matched normal controls (P<0.05) ; the proportion of biliary MCB in the patients and the hamsters with pigment gallstones were increased significantly with the percentage of biliary MCB in the patients and the litho-genesis hamsters being 35%±5% and 72.3%±4.7%, respectively. Conclusion A decreased hepatic B-UGT activity might contribute to the formation of pigment gallstones by rendering an increased propor-tion of biliary MCB.
