摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征是一种能引起母猪繁殖障碍、新生仔猪呼吸道症状及高死亡率的传染病。其确诊依赖于实验室方法,本文就其检测技术,如病毒分离、血清抗体检测、免疫胶体金技术、分子生物学技术的研究进展作一综述。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is a highly infectious viral disease of swine, It causes respiratory problems and high mortality in neonatal piglets and reproductive failure in enceinte sows. The definite diagnosis of PRRS depends on laboratory assay. This paper summarized the study progress of PRRSV on diagnostic technology, for example, virus isolation, serological identification of the PR, R, SV antibody, immunogold labelling technique, molecular biology diagnostic technique.
