基于高校女教师身心状况的健康传播对策研究

摘　　要：本文首先就高校女教师健康方面的严峻现状,提出了改善高校教师身心现状的必要性,分析了影响高校女教师健康最重要的因素。接着从健康传播的四个层面提出了改善高校女教师身心状况的对策,其中包括自我传播层面上个人休闲观念的塑造和休闲方式的选择、组织层面上学校的高度重视和大力支持、大众传播层面上传统大众媒体专业、细化的健康类议题建构及传播对策、网络传播层面上高校女教师健康类信息的寻求和使用。最后作者总结了四个层面上的各自优势并指出了实际工作中应该做到"对症下药"。Concerned with the serious health situation of female teachers in colleges and universities, the author came up with the necessity of improving their physical and mental status, and analyzed those most important factors that affect these preceptors＇ health. Then from the viewpoint of health communication the author proposed some countermeasures that could improve these females＇ health on four levels, including the shaping of personal-leisure concept and the choice of personal-recreation means on the level of self communication, the construction of detailed health issues and the spread of countermeasures on the level of traditional public-media communication, the healthy-information collecting and using towards college female teachers on the level of internet communication. At the end, the author respectively sumed up the advantages of the countermeasures on the four levels and pointed out practical work should be acted appropriately to the situation as well.
