生精相关HSP40家族蛋白的研究进展

摘　　要：HSP40家族蛋白存在于从衣藻到哺乳动物的多种生物细胞内。早期研究表明HSP40/DnaJ蛋白作为HSP70蛋白的一种共伴侣分子,调节HSP70的ATP酶活性促进HSP70蛋白完成许多细胞过程,包括新生蛋白质的折叠、错误折叠蛋白质的解折叠、蛋白质的转运、组装和解离过程。近年来的研究表明HSP40与生精过程相关,本文就与生精相关的HSP40家族蛋白成员作一综述。HSP40 family Proteins exist in many kinds of cells from chlamydomonas to mammalian anminals, previous investigations show that HSP40/DnaJ proteins as co-chaperones regulate the molecular chaperone activity of the HSP70 family proteins through stimulating their ATPase activity and specify a variety of cellular processes facilitated by HSP70 proteins, including folding of newly synthesized proteins, refolding of misfolded proteins, translocation of proteins into organelles,assembly and disassembly of protein complexes. Recent study signify HSP40 might involve in spermatogenesis. The review summarized the HSP40 family proteins involved in spermatogenesis.
