摘 要:以葡萄糖、苯酚、聚乙烯醇三种可生化有机物为基质、对加压曝气生物氧化有机物降解动力学进行全面研究,建立了与Monod方程符合的有机物降解动力学模式,其基本形式为V=VmS/(ks+S)。该模式的特点是将动力学参数表示为溶解氧浓度、有机物可生化性的函数,全面反映了有机物降解速率与溶解氧浓度、有机物可生化性、出水有机物浓度之间的关系。s:Biodegradation kinetics of organics, say glucose, phenol and polyvinyl alcohol, serving as substrates with different biodegradability was studied under pressurized aeration conditions. A kinetic model V=VmS(Ks++S), being in accordance with Monodtype kinetic relationship was developed. The feature of this model was that all bio kinetic parameters were expressed as function of dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration, organic biodegradability and effluent organic concentration and the relationship among degradation rate, DO concentration, biodegradability of the organics and effluent quality was described comprehensively.
