早发冠心病血瘀证面部光电血流容积特征与HbO_2的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早发冠心病血瘀证面部光电血流容积特征及与氧合血红蛋白(HbO2)的相关性关系。方法早发冠心病血瘀证36例,痰浊证35例,正常对照组31例,采用GD-3型光电血流容积面诊仪检测光电血流容积参数,氧合血红蛋白采用HICN比色法测定。结果血瘀证与正常组比较Hb、He、Hf、Hb/Tab、Hf/Hb有显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);痰浊证患者与正常组比较Hb、He、Hf及Hf/Hb有显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);血瘀证患者与痰浊证患者比较Hb、Hb/Tab有显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组间HbO2含量、血流容积主波幅的比较均具有显著性差异;随着光电容积主波幅的增高,氧合血红蛋白均数值逐渐增高,二者呈正相关关系。结论早发冠心病血瘀证光电血流容积特征显示,心脏功能减退与大动脉顺应性降低是本证基本病理改变之一;血流容积主波幅与氧合血红蛋白呈正相关关系,二者可作为辅助诊断指标之一。Objective To investigate the correlation between the facial photoelectric blood flow volume characteristic of premature coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome（HBSS） and oxy-haemoglobin（HbO2）. Methods All the patients were 36 patients with HBSS, 35 patients with phlegm syndrome（PS）, and 31health person, the parameter of photoelectric facial blood flow volume was detected with GD-3 photoelectric blood stream plethysm of the facial color-diagnosis, and the oxy-haemoglobin was detected with HICN colorimetry. Results Compared with health group, Hb, He, Hf, Hb/Tab and Hf/Hb in HBSS group decreased obviously（P〈0.01）, and Hb, He, Hf and Hf/Hb in PS group decreased obviously（P〈0.01）; Compared with PS group, Hb and Hb/Tab in HBSS group decreased obviously （P〈0.01）; the content of HbO2 and PBSP amplitude was different among the three group; along with the amplitude getting higher, the mean of oxy-haemoglobin gradually increased and the PBSP amplitude and oxy-haemoglobin was in a positive correlation. Conclusions The cardiac dysfunction and lower compliance of coronary artery are one of the basic pathological changes and the PBSP amplitude and oxy-haemoglobin is in a positive correlation, which can be used as one of auxiliary diagnostic criteria.
