摘 要:目的探讨苦碟子对局灶性脑缺血大鼠血液流变学及生化指标的影响。方法阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉建立局灶性脑缺血模型,观察苦碟子对大鼠血液流变性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-Keto-PGF1a)等指标的影响。结果苦碟子高剂量组能明显降低大鼠血液黏度,提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量,与模型组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时能降低TXB2含量及升高6-Keto-PGF1a含量,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦碟子能改善模型大鼠血液流变学及生化指标,具有抗局灶性脑缺血的作用。Objective To investigate the influence of Ireris sonchifolia on hemorheology and biochemical indicators in focal cerebral ischemia rats. Method Focal cerebral ischemia models were induced by blocking one side of the middle cerebral artery; the effect of Ireris sonchifolia on the indicators of hemorheology, SOD, MDA, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1, were ob- served. Results Compared with the model group, the blood viscosity was significantly reduced, the activity of SOD increased, and the content of MDA reduced in the high dosage group of Ireris sonchifolia (P〈0.01), and TXB2 content was decreased and 6-Keto-PGF1, content increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Ireris sonchifolia can improve the hemorheology and and biochemical indicators, which suggests that it is effective for anti-focal cerebral ischemia.
