九香止泻片素片成型工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究九香止泻片素片最佳成型工艺条件,为该制剂包肠溶衣奠定基础。方法通过单因素重复试验,考察了黏合剂的种类、稀释剂和崩解剂的配比、崩解剂的加入方法及压片机压力对本制剂成型性能的影响。结果最优工艺条件:干浸膏粉∶乳糖∶微晶纤维素(内、外各加4%)的配比为100∶18∶8,5%PVPK3095%乙醇液为黏合剂,0.5%硬脂酸镁为润滑剂,压片机压力为9.5 kg。结论按此工艺参数制粒、压片,素片成型性能最佳,质量符合《中国药典》规定和包肠溶衣的要求。Objective To research the optimal formation process of Jiuxiang Zhixie enteric- coated compressed tablets. Methods through the repeated experiment with signal factor, the varieties of adhesives, the proportion of diluents and disintegrants, the adding methods of disintegrants, and the pressure of the tablet press were investigated. Results The best optimal process conditions were 5% PVPr,30 95%EtOH, 18%lactose, 8%MCC, 0.5% magnesium lubricant and 9.5 kg pressure of the tablet press. Conclusion The conditions are the most rational formation process of Jiuxiang Zhixie enteric-coated compressed tablets.
