摘　　要：目前执法部门对少数民族语言文字权相关的法律法规落实力度不强,民族语言文字信息化工作滞后,使用范围局限。要创造良好的社会环境,依法行政,加强培养和使用民族干部,切实保障少数民族的语言文字权。At present the law enforcement departments lack the impact and momentum in implementing the laws and regulations correlated with the minority nationalities＇right to written and spoken language, the informatization of the minority nationalities＇written and spoken language is delayed and limited in applicable range. To conscientiously guarantee the minority nationalities＇right to written and spoken language, we should construct a good social environment, administer according to laws and strengthen nurturing and using the minority nationalities＇ cadres.
