摘　　要：胡锦涛的民族发展观是科学发展观的重要组成部分,它揭示了少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展的客观规律,成为加快少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展,促进各民族共同繁荣的重要指导思想。论述了胡锦涛关于少数民族和民族地区发展的地位、道路、方法、关键和保证等基本观点。Hu Jintao＇s national development concept is the scientific development concept important component, it has promulgated the objective law which the national minority and the multi - national area economic society develops, becomes an important guiding principle which speeds up the national minority and the multi - national area economic society develops, promotes various national common prosperity. This article elaborates Hu Jintao＇s basic conception about the national minority and the multi - national area development status, the path, the method, the key, the guarantee and so on.
