摘　　要：文章通过对焦作太极拳的传播和推广以及太极拳产业现状进行调查分析,借鉴其他体育项目的发展经验,分析了焦作太极拳文化产业化优势及存在的问题,提出对策,从而为不断提升太极拳文化影响力,促进焦作经济、文化、体育和谐、健康、持续性发展提供依据。This article carries on the investigation on the spreading conditions＇and the current situations of Taijiquan in Jiaozuo through taking the developing experiece in other sports items as reference, analyzes the advatages of Taijiquan industrialization in Jiaozuo and the existing problems in it.Then, the paper finds some countermeasures for it for the purpose of improving the cultural infuence of Taiji and the healthy, sustainable and harmonious development of economy, culture and P.E.
