针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹随机对照临床试验的系统评价

摘　　要：目的评价针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效,分析目前临床研究的现状。方法检索PubMed、EMBASE、OVID、Cochrane图书馆、CBM数据库、CNKI数据库,以及手工检索,收集针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床随机对照试验,Cochrane系统评价手册进行质量评价。结果12篇文献进入研究,共983例患者。Meta分析显示针灸对照西药治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义;针灸配合西药对照西药治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义;针灸配合抗组胺药物对照单纯抗组胺药物治疗复发率组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹安全、有效,针灸治疗及配合药物治疗可能优于单纯药物治疗,配合抗组胺药物可降低复发率;但因纳入文献数量有限且部分质量较低,结论尚不确定,需高质量证据来进一步验证。Objective To assess the effect of acupuncture on chronic urticaria （CU） and to analyze the present situation of clinical researches. Methods The data of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture for treatment of CU were collected by retrieval tools PubMed, EMBASE, OVID, Cochrane library, CBM database, and CNKI database, and the quality was assessed with Cochrane Reviewer＇s Handbook. Results Totally 12 literatures entered the research, altogether 983 eases. Meta analysis showed that the difference between the groups of acupuncture and western medicine treatment was significant; the difference between the groups of acupuncture plus western medicine and western medicine treatment was significant; and the difference between the groups of acupuncture plus antihistamine drugs and only antihistamine drugs treatment was significant in recurrence rate. Conclusion acupuncture is effective and safe for CU. The effect of acupuncture plus drugs is better than that of treatment only with drug. The recurrence rate is lower when antihistamine drugs are used in combination with acupuncture. But because the entered literatures are not enough in quantity and some of them are low in quality, therefore the high quality evidence is needed for the further definite conclusion.
