摘　　要：目的:创新医院科研管理模式,促进医院科学研究工作进步。方法:认真学习G管理模式,结合本院科学研究的实际情况和发展要求,对G管理模式加以灵活的借鉴,从而找到适合在本院推行的科研管理模式。结果:找到适合在本院推行的以人才建设为核心,建立和健全医院科研管理制度,积极开展科研管理创新的科研管理模式,促进医院科学研究机构的发展。结论:创新科研管理模式是取得科研管理工作进步的根源,在灵活借鉴G管理模式的基础上,积极创新本院科研管理模式,可以提高医院科研水平,促进医院科学研究机构的建立和发展。Objective：To innovate the scientific research management mode and promote the hospital＇s scientific research. Methods： Studying and using the theory of G management mode for reference, combined with the hospital＇ s practical situation and development requirement, then a suitable scientific research management mode was.obtained. Results：Taking talents cultivation as the core, this mode developed a perfecting scientific management system, which promoted the innovative mode. Conclusion： Innovative management using G management mode for reference is the source of developing and promoting the hospital＇s scientific research management.
