摘  要:介绍了一种圆盘剪侧隙和重合量的检测方法,针对检测对象的位置及成像特点,采用Canny算子边缘提取法得到检测边缘,具有精度高、算法快的特点,以此开发了相应的检测系统,应用于生产线上,满足了生产检测需求,提高了生产效率。The detection method of clearance and overlap for the disc shear is introduces. Considering the disc shear's position and its differences in image reflecting,the canny operator was used the detection edge, which is fast as well as high Resolution. Based on this arithmetic, a detection system is developed, which can ensure good quality when it is used on production.
