摘  要:目的分析223名放射工作人员周围血淋巴细胞的微核率。方法以广东省医疗卫生及企事业单位的223名放射工作人员为研究对象,采用常规培养法测定微核率。将健康成人周围血微核率的正常参考值作为对照,比较两者微核率差异。结果放射工作人员周围血淋巴细胞的微核细胞率和微核率分别为3.27‰和3.43‰,与正常参考值相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同工种放射工作人员之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);不同性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低剂量电离辐射能引起放射工作人员周围血淋巴细胞微核率的升高,应加强放射工作人员的防护。Objective To analyze the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 223 radiation exposed workers. Methods 223 radiation related workers in medical units and factories were chosen as the objectives. Micronucleus rates were detected by the conventional culture method and then compared with the normal value of health adults in the area. Results The rates of micronucleated cell and micronucleus in the radiation exposed workers were 3.27%0 and 3.43%0 respectively, showing significant differences compared with the control group(P 〈 0. 01 ). There was also significance between different types of radiation workers ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ), but no significant differences was shown between gender ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Low dose ionizating radiation may cause the peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate increasing in radiation exposed workers, and enhanced radiation protection for the staff should be ensured.
