摘  要:在氮气保护下,以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,采用壳聚糖与有机单体丙烯酰胺接枝共聚得到壳聚糖衍生物(CAM),并将其与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)复配,制备了一种复合絮凝剂CAM-CPAM.通过红外图谱(IR)和电镜扫描(SEM)分析,对复合絮凝剂CAM-CPAM的结构进行了表征,对污泥脱水机理进行了探讨,并考察了复合絮凝剂用量对污泥脱水、沉降性能以及对滤液浊度和透光率的影响.结果表明,复合絮凝剂CAM-CPAM具有良好的污泥脱水性能,当其投加量为30 mg/L时,污泥脱水率可达90%以上,沉降速率可达0.55 cm/s,滤液浊度小于8 NTU,透光率高于85%.Modified chitosan was made by graft co-polymerization of chitosan and acrylamide under nitrogen atmosphere using ceric ammonium nitrate as initiator. The modified chitosan was then combined with cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) to obtain a kind of composite flocculant called CAM-CPAM, which was used to treat activated sludge. The structure of CAM-CPAM was characterized by IR and SEM, and the mechanism of dewatering was analyzed. The factors affecting sludge dewatering performance were discussed in this study, including deposition velocity and dosing quantity; the results indicate that when the dosage of CAM-CPAM was 30 mg/L, the dehydration rate of activated sludge reached over 90%. The settling velocity was up to 0.55 cm/s, the turbidity of effluent was less than 8 NTU, and the transmittance was over 85%.
