摘 要:比较了蒸馏-滴定法和纳氏试剂比色法测定制革废水中氨氮浓度的准确度和精密度,研究了可能存在的干扰物质对检测的影响。结果表明:滴定法的准确度和精密度均高于比色法。蛋白质的水解产物(如甘氨酸和明胶)可能不会干扰2种方法的检测结果。水样中含有在蒸馏过程中易水解生成氨的有机物时,2种方法的检测值都会增加;水样中含有易挥发的有机胺时,滴定法检测值会显著提高。废水中硫离子含量较高时,会导致比色法的测量值偏大。因此蒸馏-滴定法更适合测定制革废水中的氨氮。The accuracy and precision of distillation content in wastewater were investigated. Meanwhile the - titration method and Nesslerization in determination of ammonia nitrogen effects of the interfering compounds possibly existing in tannery wastewater on measurements were determined. The results indicate that the accuracy and precision of distillation - titration method are higher than those of Nesslerization. And model compounds of protein hydrolysates, glycine and gelatin don' t affect the ammonia nitrogen measurements of the two methods. Both the measured values of the two methods increase when there are compounds that will produce ammonia through hydrolysis during pre - distillation in water. The measured values of distillation - titration method will remarkably increase when there are volatile amine compounds in water. The actual determinations for tannery wastewaters indicate that sulfide ions in wastewater will strongly influence the measurement of Nesslerization, leading to a higher value than the common one. In general, distillation - titration method is more suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in tannery wastewater.
