摘　　要：网电一体战在现代海上作战中的作战目标无疑是破坏和控制敌方的信息基础和战略命脉,摧毁和瘫痪敌方的作战指挥控制系统,而研究敌方的信息和作战指挥控制系统,首先要研究在现代海上作战中的大背景下,整个战场环境的特点和趋势,以便清楚地认识网电一体战的规律和特征,为信息作战的准备与实施找准依据。The operational goal of the integrated electricity network warfare is without doubt destructing and controlling of enemy side＇s information foundation and strategic life, destroying and being paralysed enemy side＇s operational control system, but studying enemy side the information and the operational control system, first we will have to study at under the future becoming an information based modern sea war big background, entire battlefield environment characteristic and tendency, in order to clearly know the rule and characteristic of the integrated electricity network warfare in the becoming an information based society battlefield, to look for the accurate basis for the preparation and implementation of the information operation.
