摘　　要：本文研究了国内粉喷桩机成桩质量不高的原因，分析了粉喷桩机气力输送与工业气力输送的共同点与不同点，从理论及实践上研究粉喷桩机气力输送的沿程压力损失后需要确定粉喷桩机气力输送所必需的压力、风速、风量、固气混合比等主要技术参数。This paper studies the cause of low quality of pile produced by domestic powder spraying piling machine.It analyzes common points and different points between pneumatic conveying system of powder spraying piling machine and industry pneumatic conveying system.After studying the pressure loss along the path for the pneumatic conveying system of powder spraying piling machine,it determines the main technical parameter such as pressure,air velocity,air volume and ratio of solid and air,which are neccessary for the machine.
