摘  要:利用丰城电厂高铁粉煤灰和丰矿电厂沸腾炉渣制备出以沸渣为主要混合材的复合水泥。进行了以高铁粉煤灰双代粘土和铁粉配料的熟料配烧试验和混合材配接试验;组织了工业性试验;利用XRD、物理、化学分析等手段对试验产品进行了分析检测。结果表明:利用高铁粉煤灰代替粘土和铁粉配料能烧制出优质熟料;用沸渣作主要混合材、配掺矿渣和石灰石可获得最佳的复合效果,混合材掺量大,产品质量稳定,经济效益显著。By using of high ferrous flyash of Fengcheng Power station and fluidized furnace slay of Fengkuang power station, the writers combined cement with slay as major admixture are manufacturede, the tests of using high ferrous flyash instead of clay and pyrite for the proportion of clinker and the tests of additives proportioning are carried out. Industrial tests and analytic chech are carried out for the test product by using XRD, physical and chemical analysis etc. The results show: High quality clinker can be manufactured by using high ferrous flyash instead of clay and pyrite for proportioning; using fluidized slag as major admixture to be mixed with slag and limestone can achieve optimum combine result; the amount of admixture is large, product quality stable, and economic result notable.
