摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,糖尿病病人的增多,糖尿病肾病终末期透析患者越来越多,A-V瘘就成为他们至关重要的生命线,所以做好内瘘的护理,合理使用A-V瘘是提高透析质量,减少并发症,延长寿命的关键。With the improvement of the level of people＇ s life, the number of patients with diabetes is increasing and the number of the dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy at the end stage is also increasing. A-V intemal fistula has been an important method to prolong their life. Therefore, it＇ s a key to nurse well and apply the internal fistula properly in improving the quality of dialysis, declining the complication and prolonging their life.
