摘　　要："和谐世界"理念是我国提出的具有重要普世价值的外交新理念。它之所以具有普世性,是因为其具有思想和实践的两重依据。在把握"和谐世界"理念普世价值时,必须正确把握其普适性与相对性,普世价值与本土价值的统一。在探究、实践和推介其普世价值时,必须要做到解放思想、坚持特色、扎实推进三个方面。The ideology of Harmonious world which is put forward by China is an new important diplomatic idea. Its universal is on basis of its ideology and practice. In grasping universal values of the concept, it is important to correctly grasp unity of the universal and relative, universal value and local value. In exploring, practicing and promoting the universal values, it is necessary to emancipate mind, adhere to characteristics and solid progress.
