李寿山治疗功能性消化不良经验

摘　　要：李寿山教授认为消化不良当从痞满、胃痛等论治。其病机关键为中虚不运、肝郁气滞、寒热错杂、阴亏津枯，尤以中虚不运为多见。治宜健脾、疏肝、和解、润下为主。自拟补中消痞汤、舒肝和胃汤、和中消痞汤、清中消痞汤，验证于临床，疗效显著。Prof.Li shou shan thought that dyspepsia should be treatecl from the abdominal distention and the stomachache.The key pathogenesis is impaired transpoting-transforming tunction caused by the qi-insufficiency of the Middle-Jiao;stagnation of the Liver-qi;co-existing of heat and cold syndroms;exhaustion of body fluid,expecially the first one is common.The therapentic principles are strengthening the spleen;regulatong the liver-qi;regulating the heat and cold;purgation with nourishing Yin.He sets up the dicoction for strensthening the spleen and reducing the audominal distention;the dicoction for regulating the liver qi and stomach;the dicoction for regulating the middle-jiao and reducing the abdominal distention;the dicoction for heat-clearing of middle-jiao and reduing the abdominal distention,these dicoctions have a good effect on clinic.
