摘　　要：目的:探讨胃十二指肠穿孔的病因、诊断和治疗方法。方法:对本院56例急性胃十二指肠穿孔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:胃癌2例,消化性溃疡54例;治愈54例,死亡2例;手术治疗36例,非手术治疗20例。结论:X线检查是胃十二指肠穿孔主要的诊断方法,穿孔修补术仍是治疗急性胃十二指肠穿孔的有效方法。Objective： To discuss the cause, diagnosis and treatment experiences of gastroduodenal perforation. Methods： 56 cases of gastroduodenal perforation which treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： There were 2 cases of gastric ulcer and 54 cases of gastric cancer, while 54 cases were cured and 2 cases died. 36 cases accepted operation and 20 cases were treated by conservative therapy. Conclusion： The X inspection is the main way for diagnosis gastroduodenal perforation, the neoplasty is the effective method for treating the gastroduodenal perforation.
