摘　　要：网络文化是随着互联网的诞生而出现的一种新的现代文化形式，它的传播速度之快、参与人数之多、空间区域之间交流范围之广，是任何其他媒体都无法比拟的。它的出现对高校思想政治教育既带来积极的影响，也带来前所未有的挑战。因此，如何加强网络文化建设，探索改进高校思想政治教育工作方法，从而提高高校思想政治教育工作的实效性，在目前就显得尤为紧迫并且具有十分重要的现实意义。The network culture is one kind of new modern culture form which appears along with Internet＇s birth, its quick propagation velocity, much participation population, between the spatial region exchanges broad scope, is any media is unable to compare. Its appearance has already brought the positive influence to the university Ideological and political education, also gave university＇s ideology political works to bring the unprecedented challenge. How therefore to strengthen the network cultural reconstruction, the exploration improvement university Ideological and political education method of work, thus enhances the university ideological education work the effectiveness, at present appears especially urgent, and has the very vital practical significance.
