摘　　要：我国的高等教育呈现大发展的阶段，许多高校发展为一校多校区，使用传统的外语听力系统已难以满足外语教学改革的需要。利用网络技术在高校的普及和广泛应用，创造一个良好的外语听力环境，是切实促进大学生外语综合应用能力，尤其是听说能力提高的必不可少的条件。主要提出一个基于校园网远程传输的CATV—FM外语听力广播系统的解决方案，以满足当前学校的需求。The higher education in our country is getting the stage of big development, many colleges and universities are having more than on school places. A traditional foreign language listening system already hardly satisfy the need of teaching reform. Make use of universality network technology to build a good foreign language listening environment, is very practical condition to promote the ability of student＇s foreign language listening. This text mainly puts forward the solution to deliver the long range CATV-FM listening broadcasting system based on campus network to meet the current requirements.
