80岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折病人的人工关节置换

摘　　要：目的探讨80岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折病人采用人工关节置换的手术方法及疗效。80岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折病人17例，骨折按Evans分类，Ⅲ型5例，Ⅳ型11例，Ⅴ型1例，行人工关节置换手术，术后进行早期功能锻炼。结果术后11例获得随访，随访时间6～34个月，平均20个月。人工关节置换优良率为89．4％，随访期间未发现置换关节松动和感染。结论80岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折病人行人工关节置换治疗，操作可行，疗效满意。Objective To study t he operation met hods and clinical effect of hipprost hesis replacement for intert rochanter ic fracture in people over 80 years old. Methods seventeen patient s were treated wit h prosthesis replacement , which included five cases of Evans type , eleven type Ⅳ, and one type Ⅴ. An early functional exercise was carried out after surgery. Results A follow up was available in 17 patient s for 6 - 34 months, average of 20 months. The excellent and good rate was 89. 4 % No infection or looseness of the prost hesis was observed. Conclusion, The hip replacement for femoral intert rochanteric fracture in patient s over 80 years old is feasible and effective.
