摘　　要：盐酸洛美沙星滴耳剂是将难溶于水的药物制成溶液型外用药。本产品经多次实验对溶媒进行选择，得到了能够达到治疗浓度的溶剂。该深媒不但能够达到理想的溶解效果，产品稳定性好，还可以增加药物的穿透力，增强产品的杀菌效果，同时使药物的作用缓和而持久。Lomefloxacin hydrochloride otic solution is difficult to dissolve in water solution-type drug made from outside the administration.
