摘　　要：目的寻求治疗急性期哑铃型Brodie骨脓肿的方法。方法自1995年1月至2008年10月,笔者所在科室收治急性期哑铃型Brodie骨脓肿患者21例。全部病例均行病灶清除、闭式冲洗引流术,引流管行单腔或多腔放置。结合细菌学检查针对性用药及指导拔管。冲洗持续时间14～21 d。结果全部病例同期获得良好愈合。平均随访6个月无复发。结论闭式灌洗法同传统慢性骨髓炎空洞处理方法相比,无需植骨,减少了院内感染的机会;愈合后感染不容易复发。Objective To look for a good method of treatment about acute period dumbbell type Brodie bone abscess. Methods 21 patients of dumbbel type Brodie abscess in acute period wera cured from January of 1995 to October of 2008. All eases wera cuered after the focus clearance, continuously closed lavation about 14-21 days, using medicine or pull out the tube with the result of the bacteriology check. Results All eases were cuered equally with visit average 6 months and did not relapse. Conclusion Compared with the traditional method of the empty processing method of chronic ostemyelitis, this met hod did not need to plant the bone, and reduced the opportunity of the infection inside the hospital, with not any relapse.
