摘　　要：目的探讨肝素与维生素E霜按摩联合治疗新生儿硬肿症的临床效果。方法将98例新生儿硬肿症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用涂抹维生素E霜按摩局部并加肝素治疗。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异显著。结论采用肝素与维生素E霜按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症效果明显优于传统方法,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment to scleredema neonatorum treated by ultramicro - hepafin and Vitamin E Mastic. Methods 98 cases of seleredema neonatorum were randomly divided int two groups. The control group was treated by conventional therapy. The survey group was treated by Ultramicro -heparin and Vitamin E Mastic besides conventional therapy. Results The therapeutic effect of survey group is significantly better than conventional therapy. Conclusion Ultramicro-heparin and vitamin E mastic is effective for scleredema neonatorum.
