摘　　要：目的探讨单边加压式外固定器在治疗小腿严重开放性粉碎骨折并软组织挤压伤中的疗效及经验。方法笔者所在医院1998年1月至2007年1月采用单边加压式外固定器治疗小腿严重开放性粉碎骨折176例。结果随访2～36个月,下肢功能恢复佳,仅4例延迟愈合,2例骨不愈合。结论该手术操作简单,固定可靠,无畸形愈合,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of monolateral dynamic compression fixator in treating severe open fractures with soft tissue crush injuries of the lower leg. Methods 176 patients suffered severe open fractures associated with soft tissue crush injuries of the lower leg were treated with monolateral dynamic compression fixator. Results After 2-36months of follow-up, good functional recovery was found in all patients. Only 4 delay union and 2 nonunion occurred. Conclusion Monolateral dynamic compression fixator, with the advantage of easy access to nla-nipulation and reliable fixa- tion, can provide satisfactory solution to this kind of injuries.
