摘　　要：目的探讨安装临时漂浮导管心脏起搏器的效果和护理措施。方法回顾性分析2006年10月至2008年2月32例缓慢性心律失常危重患者，应用Seldinge法行静脉穿刺，术中通过三级物品管理方法，经左锁骨下静脉穿刺行漂浮导管临时心脏起搏。结果32例全获成功，无深静脉血栓、心脏穿孔、气胸及感染等并发症。结论术中及术后有效护理大大提高了起搏成功率，降低了并发症的发生率，从而进一步提高了护理质量。Objective To explore the effect and nursing measure of flow directed pacing catheter pacemaker. Methods By the method of Seldinge,32 severe patients with bradyarrhythmia from Oct 2006 to Feb 2008 were temporary transvenous catheterized through left subclavian vein. And 3 grade item management was used during the operation. The effect and nursing process of cardiac pacing was analyzed retrospectively. Results The pacing was successful in all of 32 cases. There were no complications such as deep vein thrombosis,cardiac perforation,pneumothorax,infection and so on. Conclusion Effective nursing both in and after operation played an important role for successful pacing and low incidence rate of complication.
