摘 要:研究了面粉、碱木素和木素磺酸钙对脲醛树脂(UF)胶粘剂性能的影响,探讨了碱木素、木素磺酸钙用作胶粘剂填料的可行性。研究结果表明:UF胶粘剂的固含量随着填料用量的增加而增大;UF胶粘剂的固化时间和pH值随面粉或木素磺酸钙用量的增加而降低,却随碱木素用量的增加而增大;使用含木素填料的UF胶粘剂压制胶合板,当w(木素)=15%~20%、施胶量为240~260g/m2时,胶合板的湿态胶合强度略高于纯UF胶粘剂压制的胶合板;以m(面粉)∶m(木素)=1∶1作为混合填料,其干态胶合强度远高于国家标准,并且均高于1.05MPa,其湿态胶合强度能达到国际标准。The influences of flour, alkali lignin and calcium lingo sulphonate were investigated on performance of urea-formaldehyde resin(UF) adhesive,and the feasibility of alkali lignin and calcium lingo sulphonate as adhesive filler was explored. The research results showed that the solid content of UF adhesive was increased with the increase of filler content. The curing time and pH value of UF adhesive were reduced with the increase of flour content or calcium lingo sulphonate content,but was increased with the increase of alkali lignin content. The wet bonding strength of plywood which was pressed by UF adhesives with lignin filler was more than little by pure UF adhesives when mass fraction of lignin was 15%-20% and adhesive content was 240-260 g/m2. The dry bonding strength was more than 1.05 MPa or national standard and wet bonding strength could reach international standard when mass ratio of flour to lignin was 1:1 in mix filler.
