摘　　要：加强农村医疗卫生建设,满足农民健康需求,是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容和重要目标。在农村医疗卫生服务中引入公立医院支援体系,不仅可以在现有卫生资源不变的情况下,使城市优势医疗资源全面辐射到农村,发挥最大的社会效益和经济效益,而且也是帮助农村基层卫生院提高医疗水平和管理水平的有效途径。The essential objective and the content in socialist countryside construction is to strengthen the rural health-building and to meet the health needs of the farmers. The introduction of the public hospital support system in rural health services not only can make the urban superiority medical resources radiate to rural areas overall and maximize the social and economic benefits at existing health resources remain unchanged, but also is an effective way to assist rural health center for improving the level of care and management.
