摘  要:目的:了解万州区一起饮水型地方性氟中毒病区改水除氟防制成效及存在问题,为政府制定相关政策和进一步采取防制措施提供科学依据。方法:对病区第一次流行病学调查至改水除氟前、饮水除氟期间、2000年饮水工程被洪水破坏至第二次流行病学调查相关资料进行收集整理和分析。结果:氟区居民从改水前每人每日水氟总摄入量的6.60m g降至改水后0.32m g,共下降20倍左右,改水前后水氟含量之间差异有显著统计学意义(t=93.41,P〈0.001);8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率由改水前的100%降至9.09%,改水前后氟斑牙患病情况之间差异有非常明显统计学意义(χ^2=12.13,P〈0.005)。结论:改水后饮水工程为居民提供清洁自来水达15年之久,氟区居民氟毒危害人群身心健康的程度明显减轻,但2000年饮水工程被洪水破坏后,8~12岁儿童氟斑牙新增2例,饮水氟毒危害依然存在。建议政府增加资金投入,加大健康教育与健康促进宣传力度,进一步采取防制措施,重建饮水工程,防止饮水氟毒的继续危害,确保人民群众饮用水安全。Objective Understanding ot the Wanzhou District of drinking water along with endemic area water removal and the effectiveness of control problems for the Government to formulate policies and take further control measures to provide a scientific basis. MethodThe first area of epidemiological investigation to water removal, water removal, drinking water project in 2000 was the second flood damage to the epidemiological investigation related to data colleetion and analysis. ResultFluoride residents from the water per person per day before the total intake of water dropped to 6. 60 mg after 0.32mg, dropped a total of 20 times or so,the water fluoride content in water before and after there was a significant difference between the statistical significance (t = 93.41,P〈 0. 001);8-12 year-olds prevalence rate of dental fluorosis from the water before the 100%40 to 9.09%, and water before and after dental fluorosis prevalence has a very clear difference between the statistical signifieance (X^2= 12.13, P〈0. 005). Conclusion After drinking water project to provide the residents with clean running water for 15 years, residents of fluoride toxicity of fluoride against the crowd to reduce significantly the level of physical and mental health,drinking water project in 2000 but was damaged by the floods after the 8-12-year-old children to add dental fluorosis 2 cases of drinking water fluoride poisoning hazards remain. The proposed investment by the Government to increase health education and health promotion propaganda, to take further control measures to restore drinking water to prevent fluoride poisoning of drinking water continue to harm the people to ensure the safety of drinking water.
