对我国普通高校办高水平运动队的新思考  

New Conceptions about Setting up High level Sports Teams in General Universities

摘　　要：】在对我国普通高校１０年“试办”高水平运动队的现状进行分析后认为：我国普通高校尚未具备自身办高水平运动队的能力和条件；“试办”高校对具有不同目标的高、低水平的运动队必须实施分层的管理；教、体联合办队是现阶段普通高校实现其办队的目标——走进世界大运会的最优选择；以体、企合作为基础的教、体、企三方的联合，应是办高水平运动队更能发挥各自优势。Through analyses of the trial situation of high level sports teams in general universities in the past 10 years the article comes up with the following conceptions.General universities still lack the ability and condition to set up high level ports teams.Multi level management must be introduced into the trial universities to manage the high and low level sports teams with different aims.Joint teams by universities and sports commissions are the aim for universities to set up their teams——the best option to enter the world college students′ sports meet.The joint efforts of the three parties of universities,sports commissions and enterpises based on the cooperation of sports commissions and enterprises should be the more advantageous and benificial form to set up high level sports teams.
