摘　　要：目的探讨出入境人员潜伏期梅毒科学放行标准。方法分析目前出入境人员潜伏期梅毒放行标准现状和相关研究进展,提出可能的适合口岸工作的研究建议。结果建议探索FQ-PCR检测出入境人员潜伏期梅毒全血/血浆标本TP-DNA方法的可行性。结论寻找判断潜伏期梅毒传染性方法,促进建立科学的入境人员潜伏期梅毒放行标准。Objective To discussion the latent period syphilis transit standard of entry-exit persons. Methods Analyzed the present transit standard of the latent period syphilis of entry-exit persons and status of correlative research, put forward possible advices suiting for entry-exit ports. Result Hope to analyzed the feasibility of checking the whole blood or plasma sample through TP-DNA in latent period of entry-exit persons. Conclusion Found out the method to judge infectivity of latent period syphilis, and build up scientific transit standard of entry-exit persons in the latent period syphilis.
