阴茎根部皮肤环切术50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：介绍阴茎根部皮肤环切术治疗包皮过长的效果。方法：手术适应征：包皮过长和不完全包皮者（包皮能外翻,但感觉紧,尤其在阴茎勃起时）100例,其中有50例选择传统手术方法：皮肤环切术。另50例选择阴茎根部皮肤环切术：通过切除一段阴茎根部皮肤再缝合,使其远端皮肤向近端滑移,从而上翻包皮。对两组出血量、术后创口血肿、水肿、疼痛、感染等并发症进行比较。结果：后者出血量、创口水肿、疼痛、感染等并发症明显降低。结论：阴茎根部皮肤环切术比传统的皮肤环切术更具有优越性。Objective： To introduce the effect of the treatment of redundant prepuce by the circumcision at the base of the penis. Method.. Surgery operation indication： 100 eases of redundant prepuce and imperfect prepuce. 50 cases of them were given traditional operation, and 50 eases were chose circumcision at the base of the penis （cut a section of root skin of penis and then suture them, so as to make the skin in distal slip to proximal skin）. Two groups＇ bleeding volume, wound hematoma after operation, edema, pain and infection were compared. Result： The latter＇s complications such as bleeding volume, wound edema, pain and infection were obviously reduced. Conclusion： Circumcision at the base of the penis has more advantages than traditional operation.
