摘 要:采用纯Al粉和纯Ru粉通过机械合金化(MA)和热处理制各了含Ru50%(质量分数,下同)的铝钌合金。利用扫描电镜、差热分析和X-射线衍射等手段观察了复合粉体在MA和热处理后粉体的相组成和晶粒尺寸的变化。结果表明,MA30h后Al溶入Ru中形成无序过饱和固溶体,晶粒尺寸细化到了20nm左右。经550℃退火处理后,发生烧结现象,固溶体发生有序转变生成以Al2Ru为主的合金相,晶粒尺寸在50~60nm,保温时间对合金组成和晶粒尺寸没有太大影响。Al-Ru alloy with 50% (mass fraction) was prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) and heat treatment. The phase component and the sizes of crystal grains after MA and annealing were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, differential thermal analysis and X-Ray diffraction. The experimental results indicate that the disordered supersaturation solid solution is formed by the solution of Al atoms into Ru lattice after MA 30 h, and crystal grains are reduced to 20 nm by MA, It is also found that the supersaturation solid will change into the alloy containing A12Ru as mairc phase and the sizes of the crystal grains are increased to 50-60 nm after annealing at 550℃. However, it is indicated that the holding time has no obvious effect upon the phase component of the alloy and its sizes of crystal grains.
