摘 要:基于镁合金耐蚀性差的缺点,利用化学热处理的工艺方法使镁合金表面形成一层致密的、与基体达到冶金结合的、自腐蚀电位为–1.096V的MgF2耐腐蚀膜层,同时研究了工艺参数和合金元素对MgF2膜层的厚度、致密度及与基体的结合状态等的影响规律。结果表明:在560℃保温时,MgF2膜的厚度随着保温时间的延长,前3h膜厚增加速度较快,3h以后膜厚增加速度缓慢。To overcome the poor corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy, the technique method of chemical heat treatment was used to prepare a dense film of MgF2 on the surface of the magnesium alloy. The film has better corrosion resistance, metallurgical bond with the matrix and the corrosion potential of-1.096 V. The effects of technical parameters and the alloying elements on the thickness and the density of the MgF2 film as well as the bond state with the matrix were discussed. The results show that the thickness of the MgF2 film increases with extending of holding time. The increase rate of the film thickness is fast when it is kept in the first 3 h at 560℃, while the increase rate becomes slow after the 3 h.
