摘　　要：目的对一叶草进行鉴别,为一叶草的开发利用及质量标准提供科学依据。方法野外采集及性状与显微鉴定。结果观察和描述一叶草的性状,根、根茎、叶的组织构造和全草粉末的显微特征。结论一叶草是一种值得开发利用的民间草药,其药材性状和显微特征具有鉴定价值。Objective To develop the identification studies of Ophioglossum vulgatum and provide scientific basis for its further development and quality standard. Methods Pharmacognostical studies on the descriptions, microscopic identification of Ophioglossum vulgatum from field collection were made. Results The morphological and microscopical characteristics of root, rhizome, leaves and powder of Ophioglossum vulgatum were described. Conclusion Ophioglossum vulgatum is worth of exploitation and utilization as a herbal medicine, and its descriptions and microscopic characters have identification value.
