仙灵骨葆胶囊合罗钙全治疗绝经后骨质疏松性疼痛35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松性疼痛的疗效。方法对照组35例用罗钙全片,治疗组35例用罗钙全片合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,测定2组治疗前后的右股骨近端骨密度的变化。结果治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊是治疗绝经后骨质疏松性疼痛的有效药物。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xianling Gubao capsule on postmenopausal osteoporosis related pain. Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （n=35） were taken Roealirol tablet and Xianling Gubao capsule, and the control group （n=35） received pure Rocalirol tablet only. The changes of bone mineral density in the proximal part of right femur of two groups were detected before and after the treatment. Results The curative effect of treatment group were significantly better than that of control group. Conclusion Xianling Gubao capsule is an effective drug for postmenopausal osteoporosis related pain.
